License Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before purchasing or using any Yugnex Systems product.

When you buy any product or service from Yugnex Systems, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This License Agreement is between you and Yugnex Systems and applies to all products, extensions, software, scripts, and services provided by us.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to use the product in compliance with these terms. The Agreement becomes effective upon purchase and delivery of the product.

Ownership & Copyright

  • Yugnex Systems owns all software, extensions, and related documentation.
  • All products are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • Unauthorized use or distribution may result in license termination and legal action.

License Usage

  • Each purchase grants a single-site license for one Magento 2 installation only.
  • A separate license is required for each additional installation.
  • The product may be used for commercial purposes on the licensed site only.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, sublicense, or share any part of the product without written permission.
  • You may not use any part of the code in other products or websites outside the licensed installation.
  • The product may not be made available for redistribution or resale in any form.

Warranty & Liability

  • Products are provided on an “as-is” basis without guarantees of error-free performance.
  • We are not responsible for any damages caused by the use or inability to use the product.
  • Users are responsible for proper usage and compliance with applicable laws.

License Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate any terms.
  • You must stop using and remove the product immediately upon termination.
  • No refund will be issued after violation beyond the refund period.
  • You may also terminate the agreement by deleting all copies of the product.

Yugnex Systems reserves the right to update or modify this License Agreement at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.

Final Acceptance

By purchasing or using any Yugnex Systems product, you agree to all terms mentioned in this License Agreement.
